Booking confirmation and payment
To confirm your booking a prepayment of 10 % within 14 days after booking is mandatory. The pending amount of 90 % need to be paid at least 14 days before arrival. If your arrival is within the next 14 days the whole amount has to be paid immediately. The booking confirmation will contain payment details. At the moment it is only possible to pay per banktransfer. 

We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case of insufficient or late payment.

Cancellation
By cancellation earlier than 14 days before arrival only your deposit of 10 % will be retained. By cancellation later than 14 days before your arrival 50 % of the total price will be retained. By cancellation on the arrival date or by earlier departure a refund is not possible.
